This custom-built designer showcase was created for a dynamic Texas couple with a distinct flair for sophisticated styling. From the start, this collaboration was a dream project. This project was integrated especially for the client to reflect their personal style. The furnishings were designed for maximum luxury, comfort, and beauty, along with artful accents, including one-of-a-kind antiques and a fabulous art collection that genuinely makes this newly built house a home.
Our interior design received awards in the Santa Fe Parade of Homes 2022 in the categories of Best Kitchen Design and Best Design. It was uniquely awarded Best Showcase in Contemporary Design in collaboration with Frank Yardman Construction. The aspects of unique design detailing with quality craftsmanship provide a place to truly call home in the beautiful Las Campanas region of Santa Fe, where incredible 360-degree views abound this property.
The contemporary kitchen design includes a beautiful double island with a gorgeous natural Quartzite waterfall for natural beauty and functionality. The unique lighting was thoughtfully selected, featuring an all-hammered chrome chandelier in the kitchen nook and a beautiful all-hand-blown white glass mobile chandelier in the dining room. Modernity mixed with timeless beauty functions well throughout this Santa Fe residence.
